How does it work?
Uploading the raw file
The raw document is mapped as per the templates available on the Vaultedge platform. Once that’s done, the user uploads the raw mortgage document file into Vaultedge for the process to begin.
Vaultedge indexes the mortgage documents into various title categories such as Deed of Trust, Certificate of Title, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, etc. Once the files are processed, a Quality Check is performed.
The mortgage file automatically goes for data extraction. Vaultedge pushes the document after QC to extraction and data is retrieved according to the fields mapped earlier. A second level QC is done for accuracy.
Vaultedge compares the extracted data across different documents to identify discrepancies. In case of any anomaly, the user can quickly amend it before the next step.
